Shipping Policy – Onyxsonali

At Onyxsonali, we are committed to providing our customers with timely and reliable delivery for all of our modern, luxurious furniture products. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, costs, and timelines for shipping orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, Onyxsonali will process it within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a shipping notification when your items are dispatched.

Please Note: Orders are only processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options depending on the size of your order, your location, and available carriers. The following are the primary shipping methods we use:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days for orders placed before the cutoff time.
  • White Glove Delivery: For larger or more fragile items, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes professional in-home delivery and assembly.

Once your order is processed, we will provide a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size and weight of your order. We strive to provide competitive and transparent shipping fees. In some cases, Onyxsonali offers promotional free shipping on certain products or order amounts. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please Note: While we offer free standard shipping for certain items or promotions, expedited and international shipping may incur additional costs.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.): Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days if using standard shipping, or within 2-3 business days with expedited shipping.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary, but typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or holidays.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, Onyxsonali does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your delivery address is a physical address for all shipments.


6. International Shipping

Onyxsonali ships to select international locations. International customers will be responsible for:

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by your country’s customs office upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on customs duties or taxes.

Please Note: International shipping delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on Onyxsonali.com.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Some international locations (please check during checkout for availability)

9. Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, sometimes damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@onyxsonali.com or call us at (423) 447-3342. We will resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

10. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods. While we strive to fulfill your orders promptly, Onyxsonali is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


11. Returns
